Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within New Zealand.
- Flat-rate shipping:$8.00 nationwide.
- Order processing: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
- Shipping notification: You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery timeframe: Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier capacity, rural delivery requirements, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Returns, Refunds & Damaged Goods
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including products that have been opened, used, or handled after delivery.
However, this does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or not as described, please contact us so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order details and photos of the damaged product and packaging.
If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and provide either a suitable alternative, store credit, or a full refund.
