"Everyone always asks why I became a Chiropractor. I was a headache sufferer from a very young age. By the time I was 15, I had been to multiple doctors and tried every medication. Nothing worked. I still had the migraines, the daily headaches, and the meds made me feel like a zombie. I needed to do something different. I finally went to see a chiropractor. After 3 months I was headache free. Imagine that! and with no medications, no side effects.... I was in heaven!

Fast forward a few years.... I was in University studying pre-med. I hadn't had any headaches in years and was feeling great. That was, until I ended up in the hospital with a severe infection. While in the hospital, I noticed quite a few things that upset me. The doctors not having any answers, just trying different things. I started to loose faith in the medical profession. It occurred to me that for a profession so focused on healthcare, they knew very little about health. What they knew was sickness. This was not a profession I wanted to pursue.

After speaking to many people in various health professions, I found my answer.... Chiropractic! It was all starting to make sense. A natural, holistic look at the whole body to promote balance, optimal health, and full potential.  What a wonderful way to look at things!

I decided it was my calling.... to lead others to this understanding of health and wellness. I entered chiropractic school that year. It has been my passion ever since."
